Great Doctor..! Receptionist..!!! very rude..!!! Melanie is totally unprofessional must’ve been having a bad day..! hangs up on you when you try to talk about the appointments myself and my family been going here for over 12 years and quite disgusted. How the reception handled the situation at hand very rude. I’m also on daily medications and because I called back they made me wait three weeks before I can get into see the doctor quite disgusted, but told me if I’d liked to go to another practice..!!! if you get a request form that they would sign my records over..! unbelievable,
