We switched to Forest Family Practice after terrible experiences with the reception staff at another local practice, where one receptionist even made me cry when I had a sick 3-month-old baby and toddler. I'm so glad we made the change! The reception staff at Forest Family are the loveliest medical receptionists I’ve ever encountered. Appointments always run on time, and we have seen multiple doctors who are all thorough and empathetic, which is crucial for a mum with small kids. You can always get in to see a doctor. Every team member is so lovely and helpful. If you're a local, I highly recommend this practice. They're brilliant.

The experience was unbelievable, I did not expect the reception to be so very welcoming as if you are part of the family. Very friendly medical center especially my doctor. You will feel comfortable right away when you enter the rooms. I have been to few medical centers but Forest Family Practice is by far the best. I am most grateful.

I took my 2yo daughter for a last minute doctor’s appointment with Dr Celia, the entire clinic is fantastic! I’ve basically tried the all the clinics in Forestville/Frenchs Forest, and by far this one is the best. The clinic has on site parking (get there a little early as parking is shared with the pathology centre next door). The reception staff were very friendly and prompt. We waited about 15min (wasn’t bad at all given how comfortable the clinic is), and Dr Celia is really lovely. She has a warm and personable bedside manner, we felt super comfortable with her. And she does not rush her consultations! I felt like I could ask all the questions I needed and left feeling positive about the whole experience.

A professional, personable and caring team of Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff. Thank you for making an often tedious task, that much more enjoyable. The reception area also has a great drawing table and play area for children which despite only having to wait a few minutes for our appointment, kept the kids busy and happy the entire time.

Dr. Adams is fantastic with kids! He's been my husband’s GP for a while now, and we're consistently impressed by his friendly and informative approach, my son has recently seen him and Dr. Adams is especially caring with my 10-year-old son. Dr. Adams takes the time to answer all of my son's questions and has a wonderful manner that puts everyone at ease. Highly recommend!
