My family and I have been attending Forerunner Physio for a number of years for variety of treatments. The premises, gym and treatment rooms are always calming, clean and fresh. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Julianne has provided me with top notch treatment sound advice and a friendly ear. The app is a game changer by offering easy to follow at home after care exercises. Tim and Julianne have created an amazing business.I cannot recommend Forerunner Physio highly enough.

I have been going to Forerunner Physio for about 12 years, they are all great physios. I started with Tim for a knee injury and now see both Cindy and Maddy. All staff are professinal and friendly and happy to have a chat while treating you. The treatment I am getting from all of them have helped and continue to help me. I highly recommend Forerunner Physio.

Great physio, family has been going here for several years, staff are great, prices are definitely affordable, and you never leave here without feeling better. Most of the time Tim has treated me and he has always done it with the upmost level of professionalism, while still happy to have a chat. Never had a bad experience here nor have I heard any negative reviews.

I have been using Physio Therapists for over 30 years and none have been better than Tim. He is considerate and thorough in his approach and leaves nothing to chance.

As a new practice everything is up to date and the latest of its' type, staff are both pleasant and well trained.

Forerunner is now foremost in my mind when it comes to Physio Therapy.

Best physio I have been too . Last year I struggled to walk and get out of the car now I walk 4.5 kms everyday (with a Tens machine and Orthoband - supplied by Forerunner) and Pilates weekly .
