For the last 6 months, I truly enjoyed the programs. It provides a very good coverage as how to run the food business in Australia across basics admin, menu design, marketing, sales and social media, legal requirements and how to operate in the kitchen efficiently. Jamie has always been super helpful and friendly with all our questions. Each training session is very well prepared and presented. Also the friendship and support from the rest of participants is also so valuable. I highly recommend FoodLab program !!!

Foodlab is an amazing place for someone requires commercial kitchen hire which is highly maintained. Jamie facilitate the venue brilliantly so that the venue is professional and hygienically managed throughout with high standards. My experience with FoodLab was amazing! I have never enjoyed any program as much as I did with FoodLab. Catriona is genuinely a wonderful person and Jamie is probably the best facilitator there is. FoodLab has equipped me with the knowledge that I need to start up a small business, with values as its core. But it is not just a food entrepreneur course - more importantly it is a community, a family. I have met beautiful and lovely people who are on the same entrepreneurial journey as I am and have met incredibly inspiring people in the food community! I was able to build connections, all thanks to this program. I am very grateful to have had this opportunity and being a part of this community.

I'm currently studying with FoodLab Sydney and enjoying every minute of it! Together with 18 other students we make a diverse group, all with different food backgrounds and our own passions and interests. Every step of the way FoodLab has provided us with support and very comprehensive learning, tools and activities to further our knowledge of the food industry, everything from soil health to marketing hacks! Our facilitators are brilliant - they make the classes a lot of fun and always practical, encouraging us to put forward our own ideas and to share and learn from others. Additionally, we have access to mentors from different areas of the industry, providing us the opportunity to connect and learn valuable lessons from those who have 'been there, done that'. If you are considering FoodLab I would 100% encourage you to give it a go - the learning experiences and the people you will meet through FoodLab will certainly challenge and help you to grow in a positive way.
