I was referred to David Adams via my GP for a chronic lower back problem that had been ongoing for some time. From my first appointment my concerns that I would never improve were put to rest. David is comprehensive in his assessment and treatment, is extremely knowledgeable and uses massage, gentle manipulation, Pilates reformer exercises and also incorporates Eastern modalities such as acupuncture and moxibustion in his practice. He is very pleasant to deal with and always positive but realistic in his approach. He also has an online booking service which makes it easy to arrange appointments. I would thoroughly recommend David to anyone in need of physio services.
