My sincere heartfelt thank you to Dr Praba. He was such a saviour and angel in disguise in treating my little boy. My little bub who is going to turn one very soon was suffering from cold past 1 month and had difficulty in sleeping due to congestion. I was consulting another Dr in different facility but he had no patience at all to listen to my problems and instead told it’s viral and will go off on its own. And then there came a time where my little one was so sick with high grade fever, chesty and blocked nose ( poor bub). I had no idea what to do and then thought of giving a try with Dr Praba has he was the one I had consulted for my things and gave myself an assurance that he will be the one to treat my little one. And with no disappointment he proved my instincts right. And with proper channels of treatment my little was fine in a week and even after that he gave a courtesy call to check on my little one, informed me all the reports and gave me instructions on further management. If I had delayed my boy would have ended in ER and faced what not. A big big thank you Dr Praba. And not to forget Dr Smitha, Dr Siva and all the staffs there are absolutely reliable too… Thank you FNQ family ♥️♥️

Disappointing service.
Waiting three hours past my appointment for a telehealth consult. When the Dr finally rang, he didnt listen to my problem at all. Just told me to see a Dr!! If I had been able to, I wouldn't have been using telehealth. Total waste of my time but a consult fee for him of course.

Very friendly and kind doctors. I usually visit Dr.Siva he is a very much understand me and I am happy to recommend. Dr. Siva can speak English, Tamil and Sinhala language. Anyone wants Sri Lankan dialect Dr. Siva can communicate with all three languages.
