Same as previous reviewers. These folks seem to be trying to gouge patients for every cent they can get. Suddenly not bulk billed, followed by a $25 charge to fax my records (they only sent a single page) to my new doctor. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

They've changed to a for profit from bulk billing, and getting them to do anything without paying through the nose is near impossible. The receptionists are purely for the business side of things and don't care if you desperately need to see a doctor and are broke, they talk down to you like scum.

Dr Lucas would be ashamed to see what became of his practice.

Disappointing this year (except for one intern appmt) - 75 yrs driving certification incomplete so had to rebook elsewhere, pensioner private fees doubled + no Telehealth offered (bulk billed) for a prescription renewal but private billed appointment!

Disgusted with this practice. My doctor use to bulk bill, now they have gone private,
I now am going to a practice that bulk bills and puts patients above profits. I need my medical records transferred to my new doctor and Flynn’s beach medical want to charge me $25. Greed is more important to them than ethics and patients.

I was disappointed to be kept waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment time. I had to go back to work without seeing the doctor. Reception should send text advice when running that late.

Such a shame that my parents have been attending a medical practice for more than 20 years and they now refuse to bulk bill any client regardless they of age.

Came in to ask if there was a nurse I could see to have a stitch removed. Reception lady scoffed at me and said nurse is busy. Enquired where else I could go and she replied “go google it “
I get your busy but when at front of desk a smile and courtesy goes along way. Especially in a medical centre with sick people.
I hope your 2 young offsides don’t do as you say or do as you do. You lady need to get a job you enjoy. Called customer service, there was none .
Or time to retire

I cannot criticise the GP or the reception staff however I was very disappointed to have been charged “specialist rates” for a consultation for an eye problem , only to have been diagnosed incorrectly because unlike a specialist, the practice does not have the most basic equipment such as an eye tonometer to check eye pressure….if they had had this I would have been diagnosed correctly sooner….this piece of equipment can be bought for very little cost, and since so many people have raised eye pressure. I think this would be a wise addition to the practice because at present GPS are very limited in their ability to assess eyes.
