Tracy is amazing, very easy to talk with and she made me feel so comfortable. I wasn’t sure if hypnotherapy would work for me but it’s the best decision I made. Even after just my first session I walked out with a completely different view on things. I had cause to utilise the services of Flourish Hypnotherapy recently.

I found Tracey very pleasant to deal with. She was easy to speak with and appeared to be very good at Hypnotherapy.

My session was to help with me giving up smoking. I know you have to want to do it, but I belief my session greatly assisted me in my endeavour to o quit smoking for ever.

Tracey is amazing! Shes helped me so much! I’m currently seeing her for gastric band hypnotherapy, she has successfully turned me off drinking Coke & eating chocolate! I love drinking my water now!

I highly recommend Tracy if you are looking to control or eliminate an addiction or problem in your life. I have struggled for years with alcohol and gambling addictions and was at my wits end on what to do about them. After trying everything I could think of in the past, including but not limited to ; self control , psychologists, doctors, AA, limiting access to money, sponsorship, sobriety with and without support and more and being so skeptical of Hypnotherapy I decided to give it a go. Not only was I surprised by the process I am truly happy to have found the core issues , addressed them and now living a more positive life with NO more anticipation to feed these addictions. Tracy has been able to get me to a happier place without these addictions controlling me anymore and been able to truly capture my needs and what I wanted as a result of this process. Which is to beat these addictions !! If you are ever wondering on if it’s right for you or not , i highly recommend you try this for yourself and you will be thankful in the end! No problem or addiction is too big or small !

Tracy is amazing - I can't recommend her enough. I've seen Tracy for a few things and everytime I'm amazed at how successful she is at helping me make big changes in my life. I first went to Tracy to help me quit vaping, even on the day of my appt I wasn't sure I actually wanted to quit (addiction talking) but I walked out without any desire to vape. I've been vape free for over a month and it's not even a challenge - it's just who I am now, a non-vaper.
