What a pleasant surprise to find this practice. Great experience from booking to reception to consult. Kevin is very personable and he knew exactly how to help me. A full 30 minutes of treatment and I left feeling an improvement and had a better understanding of my injury.

My physiotherapist was excellent! I have lower back pain. She provided a thorough examination and explanation including providing me with at home exercises. Her physical treatment was firm and deep, which helped me so much.

Best physio experience I've had in years. Attentive, helpful advice and holistic approach. 50/50 verbal and physical consult, which was required to pinpoint origins of rib/muscle pain. You're in the right occupation Erin.

Although the reception process can be improved markedly (problem is that the shared reception covers many medical-related businesses and it is not at all clear whether Right or Left receptionist is the right one). Quality/empathy and EQ of receptionist could be improved. Not very helpful experience, although was able to get an appointment for the same day. Then - the complete opposite experience with the physiotherapist I had who could not have done more. Even on a late Friday afternoon appointment, with a smile and professional attitude ascertained the source of a lingering (at least six weeks) nerve/muscle problem that was not improving on its own. Through appropriate targetted questions and physical demonstrations etc, sort to pinpoint problem. Would strongly recommend to others butarn of not so helpful reception process and staff.
