I have always received professional and trusted care by my doctor and likewise staff. Always shown respect, courtesy and recognition.
Took me a while to find this practice and I travel a distance to get there , passing local medical centres in my area on the way, and I have every intention in continuing to do so.

My family feel really lucky to be patients at Fletcher clinic. The reception staff are always lovely and try to accommodate us in any way they can. Our GP Dr Fergusson is always very happy to listen and help. My family is in very safe hands with him. Thank you Fletcher Clinic

Dr Fergusson is knowledgeable and helps with medical issues. Front reception is kind and caring and the nurse is very lovely. Their is also a podiatrist who’s attends the clinic twice a week and their is a blood test clinic in the same clinic.. highly recommended 5star

Would honestly give them 0 if I could.
Lodged a complaint about my negative experiences with two receptionists in March 2023. Still no response.
Charged me $40 to send my medical records to my new GP. When my new GP showed me what they’d sent it was just a single piece of paper.
Today, I asked for a result of a test that was done with them back in 2022 as it was missing from the “medical records” that they had sent across to my new GP and I needed it for a specialist appointment. I was immediately met with an argumentative tone from the receptionist and asked to speak to the practice manager again. Given what happened when I complained in 2023, I doubt I’ll be hearing from them anytime soon. All this drama because I wanted to access my own medical information that I have a right to.

**Edit to address management’s comment
I called back at 4:40 that day to be told that you’d left for the day and that the receptionist would ask for you to call me back. That was Wednesday 14th and I’ve yet to hear back.

Dr George is fantastic!!! He’s patient, caring & always takes the time to listen. I’m so glad we found this Doctor!!! He really does care about his patients!!! However only works on certain days of the week at this practice…. Tara the receptionist always go above & beyond for us!!! And is just a beautiful human!

Dr Fergusson however!!! Gives the impression he’s caring & understanding! When you have to see him because Dr George isn’t on on a day your in desperate need of seeing a doctor! But it’s all a facade!

So by all means attend this practice but ONLY SEE DOCTOR GEORGE & HOPE TO GOD WHEN YOU CALL YOU GET THE GORGEOUS TARA ON THE PHONE!!!
