I had a great experience with this clinic. The doctors here are very nice ,kind, and have great manners. I visited both doctors, and they were both excellent. The nurse it’s lovely and cute and kind as well. The receptionists are also very lovely and kind And they speak very respectfully with patient 🥰

I have been visiting this practice for a while now and always see Dr Hassina, I see her for myself and for my son and she has always been amazing to deal with and has lead us in the right direction for whatever we are needing. I always recommend flagstone medical centre to anyone in the area looking for a doctors practice, not only does Dr Hassina make me feel comfortable and listened too but all the reception staff are also incredible and friendly.

I visited Dr. Hasina Dewan , and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. During my consultation, she used google search for my symptoms, which raised serious concerns about her approach and professional expertise. If i wanted to rely on Google for medical advice, i wouldn't have needed to book an appointment.

Using Google images to reference my symptoms further eroded my trust. I expect a doctor to draw from their training and experience, not rely on online searches during a consultation.

Additionally, when i asked Dr. Hasina Dewan if she owned the clinic , she stated that she was just an employee. However, the receptionist later informed me that she and her husband own the clinic. This discrepancy made me question her honesty and professionalism, which are critical traits for any healthcare provider.

Based on this experience, I left feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of care provided.

Doctors like this should not be able to obtain a license.

An official complaint will be made to the Office of the Health Ombudsmen (OHO).

We the people need trustworthy doctors.

I have been going to this practice for a while now. I have been seen by both Dr Hasina Dewan and Dr Kazel Dewan. I think both Dtrs are great, they make me feel comfortable and do follow ups. I am seeing Dr Kazel at the moment re: skin condition. He has been amazing. I feel extremely confident in his professionalism. The receptionist is always so friendly and caring. The Pathologist and nurse are also lovely people.

I have been going to this doctor for quite some time, each and every time I leave the doctors (when they’re actually open and not rescheduling appointments of course) I am left feeling disheartened, not listened to and palmed off.
Time and time again I have her raised concerns, only to be palmed off again….

Good for a medical certificate and script and wasting your time 😏

I’ve been going to this doctor for quite a while since they opened, and I’ve not had too many dramas, but I’ve recently come down with glandular fever, and my organs are quite swollen because of it. I had some tests done there, and when I went to get the results, he said that it wasn’t too bad and he sent me home with NO follow up. I have just spent a week in hospital after getting a second opinion, I'm so grateful I stuck to my gut instinct. So now I will be finding a new doctor, and I will not be walking foot into this place again I have completely lost confidence. I think that because they are a bulk billing practice, they have lost sight of the patients needs. I feel like GREED has taken over instead of empathy.
