In 2016 at 45 years if age I incurred a terrible back strain from lifting a
very heavy box incorrectly.

I could not stand straight for 36hours and I experienced very painful
soreness afterwards.

I began to see Fiona Lewis from Chirotechnic in Bowral for a combination of
Chiropractic and Acupunture treatments.

Fiona listened and allowed for any concerns I had for back cracking. She
chose simple, painless adjustments always preceded with appropriate massage
to soften the areas.

The acupuncture felt to me like it assisted in supporting the adjustments
allowing greater blood & energy flow. This was always relaxing. Sometimes I
can have a sensitive point and Fiona will always reposition the needle if
requested.

Lastly, I have found Fiona to provide an efficient and professional practice
offering astute care management.

The Chirotechnic rooms in Bowral are comfortable, clean and reasonably easy
to find parking within the street.

I'm fortunate to have had the opportunity to receive Fiona's treatments.
