In 13 years I have only ever needed an emergency appointment once, yet when I phoned explaining I had terrible eye and head pain I was told I couldn't have an appointment for 2 weeks.
Luckily Crown Medical fitted me in immediately.
I had cellulitis in my eye and needed to start very strong antibiotics to prevent the infection escalating.
Because of this poor service I changed surgeries.
Upon asking for my records to be digitally transfered I was told it would cost me $80!
I was not asking for my record's for a court hearing with registered mail, simply a transfer from doctor to doctor digitally, a simple, easy process.
Having worked in the medical industry I can honestly say I have not come across this before.
This lack of care confirms that I made the right decision when I changed surgeries.

Went here for 12 years. My doctor retired without giving me any notice.
Now they want to charge me $80 for my medical records which can be sent with the push of a button. Absolutely horrible customer service and front desk behaviour ! To top it off they tell me it would have to be sent by registered mail. My new Doctor is literally across the road from them.

Dr Prabu's professionalism and knowledge is very reassuring. I have multiple conditions and they are managed very well. He only provides referrals when deemed appropriate. Very proactive in management medicine, my health has improved significantly since coming to this practice.

We see Dr Pham but have also seen most of the other doctors at one point or another. They’re all wonderful and thorough. Renee the nurse is a gem and the reception staff is excellent too. They also bulk bill kids! Can’t fault this place.

Not super busy, staff are wonderful and friendly especially if you're a grown man who can't stand getting a blood test. Care was exceptional.
