Worst clinic ever, they always overbook and make you wait over 2 hours to see the doctor. The receptionist is so rude and racist towards patient, she needs to fix that attitude. Pls think twice before going here .

Worse medical centre and worse than that dealing with a racist receptionist (Sharon). Very rude not saying hello or welcoming the patient
Whoever sees her gets more depressed with the attitude she gives.
Taking sooooo long to see the doctor always have to wait over 2 hours for my appointments.

FIX YOUR ATTITUDE OLD LADY 👵 at least that can help with dealing with the doctor.

My mum has been visiting the clinic for the past 12 years. The Receptionist is very rude and racist, whenever she say Hello or try to talk to her she look at her and ignores her. terible attitude and behaviour toward patients!!

Booked appointment today using 'HealthEngine' app. Listed as a 'bulk billed' appointment. Practice calls us around the three hour prior mark and suggests that the doctor "doesn't always do bulk billing and that we may have to pay $65 up front and get what we can back from Medicare." Made no difference my wife has a pensioner healthcare card.

Unable to pay the $65 up front we had to cancel the appointment over the phone.

Time wasted with this practise could have been better spent seeking an appointment that actually bulk bills as they say. No points to HealthEngine either...

Your not open on saturdays change your hours to Saturday closed I just went there and gate is closed with padlock not open on Saturdays.

Been calling and calling and no one is picking up and the mail box is full this is ridiculous staff on phone are also rude as anything when they finally pick up after the 5th call
