Exceptional customer service. The staff at Faulconbridge Health Centre are wonderful.

Special mention to Leah who always goes above and beyond to ensure your appointment runs smoothly and a massive shoutout to Dr Thanjon who looked after me during my first trimester of pregnancy. Dr Thanjon is very knowledgeable and intelligent. Dr Thanjon constantly put my mind at ease by answering any questions I had at any point in time.

I have been a Patient of Dr Krzyszton for almost 10 years. I have complete faith in him and certainly more than any other doctor I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. I have seen a lot of high priced specialists and their opinions and treatment is always the same as Andy's.

His manner is brilliant. He gives it to me straight when he needs to and congratulates me when I do the right thing and that's what I need.
He is very down to earth and realistic which I also greatly admire.

I travel about an hour to see him because he has done so much for me. On his recommendation I tried to find someone closer when I moved for if I had any minor issues and after going to a number of local places, I gave up. I am spoiled with the level of care I get at FHC and other places drove me nuts. I know he has a good number of other patients that also travel around an hour which does not surprise me in the slightest.

The practice is very well run, it is rare for him to be late ( unlike other places where an hour late was the norm) and I have always been very much treated like I am important, unlike other places where you are just another head of cattle to be processed and onto the next one.

The receptionists are always helpful, friendly and efficient and the place just has a warm, homely feel about it. Couldn't recommend the practice highly enough and although I probably pass 100 other doctors to get there, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff were amazing and very friendly in comparison to our previous doctor. Setting up an appointment and getting our last dose of Covid19 vaccine was super easy, barely an inconvenience.

Had a bit of a medical crisis. 2yr old possible diabetes. Dr K responded - on day off- plan in place - staff swung into action - drs apt - nurse - reception- tests- referral path- all possibilities covered!! Couldn't recommend this practice highly enough..thanks to all..and especially Dr K.
