What an afternoon. Today we did a weight session, sauna, ice-bath, red light therapy and used the rapid reboot compression boots. Feeling absolutely rejuvenated.

For years, I drove past. Now I can’t help but want to go in every time I drive by. Since joining 2 months ago, my commitment to my health has soared, thanks largely to the trainers and the Fast Twitch community. What an amazing gym. From Cardio to Strength and Mobility classes to Free Gym sessions, it has the right trainers on site to cater for every fitness level. With both AM and PM class times, there’s options for everyone. I’ve enjoyed biohacking my health by using the sauna and recovery room, as well as stretching more in the hot yoga classes. The Fast Twitch community is awesome and I’m really enjoying training and socialising with the crew. If I could give Fast Twitch more than 5 stars, I would.

This gym has the best facilities in Adelaide with a range of recovery options - saunas and ice baths were my favourite! There is a great variety of different classes and the staff are amazing, especially Brayden and Beth! I only have glowing things to say about this gym and would recommend it to everyone.

The facilities and classes FT have on offer are unmatched, especially the recovery options, their services cater to everyone’s needs. The culture there between trainers and members is incredibly welcoming and just a really good vibe, I’ve always felt extremely comfortable there and would recommend joining to anyone. The trainers are all amazing especially Alec and Indi! They all push you when you need it, or provide alternate options when something isn’t working for you and are always good for some banter!

Fast Twitch Hot Yoga studio is a welcoming, clean, and transformative place. The dedicated instructors make mindfulness and fitness a priority. Features a mirror wall and powerful IR ceiling heating.

Attending has significantly improved my mental health and fitness. Over the last two years I've progressed from a complete newbie to a yogic veteran.

Practising here has been a peaceful escape, helping me build strength and find inner stillness and contentment.

The outstanding amenities, include spacious showers, but also red light therapy, ice bath, sensory deprivation tank, and two different saunas.

The facility also boasts a fully equipped 24h gym with top-of-the-line fitness equipment. You'll find friendly, knowledgeable personal trainers, ready to assist you on your journey to wellness and form.

If that isn't enough, there is a schedule of multiple carefully crafted group fitness classes offered throughout the day by expert instructors catering to every fitness level.

Come invest in your holistic well-being. Since coming here I feel like at least a million bucks more than I did to begin with. What's your excuse?

Love this gym a lot. It helped me achieve my health and fitness goals. Amazing staff, lots of great classes- strength, yoga and pilates, and friendly community!! Also, they have the best recovery facilities. I highly recommend this gym!!!👍

Loved the gym's training facilities! I had such a great workout. The trainers were full of energy and very knowledgeable. After my workout, I enjoyed a relaxing float tank therapy experience. Sensory deprivation is something I have been excited to try out for a while, so I am glad I could do it straight after my workout. If you live in Adelaide and want to try out a float tank, I highly recommend you try Fast Twitch.

GREAT GYM! Strength classes are done with a purpose with clever programming from the coaches so that you can progressively load your weight each week and get stronger. Excellent selection of exercises! Coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly friendly and welcoming. The gym has great facilities including many recovery options and a community vibe.
