The most trusting clinic I have come across in the NT since living here for 3 years. I have seen Dr Sithy about a couple of issues and she was very helpful and caring towards me which I find is super important when looking for a GP to trust.
Some of my family members also see Dr Ismail and they love him.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

Was in Darwin for a week and had to do some blood tests. Went to Fannie Bay Medical Centre for it, the doctor didn't really listen to my worries and quickly sent me to get my blood taken next door. This was in early November and to this day, early December, I haven't received my test results. I called about 7 times and the receptionist told me "oh its quite strange that it's taking this long, maybe call the lab yourself?" ?!!! Ended up putting me through to the doctor who also didn't have my results and did not even know why he was speaking to me. I was charged for the phone "consultation" anyway on top of it all. No one has ever called me back as they said they would, etc. Anyway, avoid this practice, absolutely unprofessional....

Used to be the best practice in Darwin when Dr's Ismail and Sithy were there.
Unfortunately the new Dr's especially Dr Hitti are beyond unprofessional and just plain rude. Its a shame as I had been at the practice since it opened, and now it is going downhill rapidly; no wonder they are loosing patients.

Dr Sithy & Dr Ismail & Team are the best doctors & practice i have been to in a long time. When i moved here it was trial and error with many doctors. Once i found Dr Ismail he has been so amazing. The care doesn't stop at the appointment. Always willing to go above and beyond

Very good GP with bulk billing, detailed, family friendly doctors. Tidy, clean, bright and modern environment. Now became our family GP!

Super dismissive, and it felt as though my medical issues were insignificant to the doctor. Women’s health matters and unfortunately walking away feeling lost as my last appointment was five minutes long with no real answers or concerns for future lab or blood work. The worst part was how my appointment was cancelled 5 minutes BEFORE. Super unprofessional, and disheartening.

The best medical practice in Darwin we have been seeing doctor Ismail since before he started at Fannie Bay medical centre it will be really sad to see him leave the practice our daughter loves and adores him I highly recommend this practice the admin staff are lovely and the other doctors are welcoming and lovely.
