My son Constantine started coming here about two months ago. I have seen a tremendous change in his behavior. He is such a happier child and can have more meaningful interactions with me at home. He was barely functional three months ago, and now he is blossoming into a happy, loving toddler.

And, of course, they have helped me tremendously. I have time to do my work, and it gives me time to decompress so I can be a better mother. My son requires much attention, and I just wasn't enough.

It seems like a safe, loving environment for special needs children.

If anything changes, I will update my review.

Thank you to everyone at FSC.

My 10 year old son finally got started here about a month ago. The one and only negative i can think of since beginning this journey is the length of time we had to wait to get in. But even then, the Admissions staff tweaked things to get us started 2 months earlier than projected. Our Therapy Supervisor Amanda is simply amazing. She not only stops everything she may be doing to take the time to not just hear what I need to say or questions i have to ask, she genuinely LISTENS!!!! It goes even beyond her just listening, she acts and advises and truly takes my concerns and ideas and implements them into my son's care plan. My son hasnt had the best luck with getting the time, attention and care we've been promised at other places. But Family Support Center has truly been a gift from God, a blessing my son has desperately needed. If anyone is trying to get services started here, my advice to you is no matter how long the wait could possibly be, it is WELL WORTH IT!!!! I'm finally seeing a faint light at the end of the tunnel for my son and i just could not be happier.

This company is horrible. I’ve been with them for 5 yrs and the last year have had more people no show then ever. They don’t care to hire quality people to produce quality work. They sound like an awesome company that’s going to do great things for your child. All your child is to this company is a cash cow. So sad that they care more about bottom line, making money, then they do about our kids. If there was a zero star rating they would get that.

They were quick to call DHS on me yet they let my son stay soaked in pee and don't change him before he leaves. Also have asked for 3 simple things from them including having some laminated cards for home for communication to mimick what they do there. Still nothing. Have also asked for written stuff to say how much he has eaten and drank and each time he's toileted/changed because I have a suspicion that he's not the only one eating the food I send there because it goes way too quick to be jusf him eating it. Nothing. No records anywhere. I thought this one would be better than the south side. They were equally as bad. This whole company is terrible. Can't wait to find something new.
Also had a lot more staff "calling out sick" lately. It's pretty pathetic when you have to be on edge wondering when is the next call out when I'm trying to work for a living. I hate canceling a shift or going in late because they can't get it together. These ABA therapists should only have a certain number of call outs per year. Just saying.
