How amazing in this day and time to be able to ring in the morning feeling crook and getting an appointment that very same day! Great clean and tidy Clinic. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Rang for an emergency appointment and explained the situation, was told which doctor would be given. The doctor we saw had no idea about the reason for coming in and needed to put me in the waiting area to ask another doctor. After this he was still unsure and didn’t fill out the requests as needed, resulting in having to book another appointment with another practice making it double the fee. I hoped this would be better than the Avoca practice I had attended until the constant issue of not being able to keep doctors, but the same issues arose and receptionists yelling at me because a doctor called us in before he was meant to, with hinkler being the sister practice of Avoca we will stay away from both unfortunately.

Dr Jash is fantastic. He's so knowleghable. He always "goes the extra mile" to investigate any issue. At last, I have a REAL family doctor. He puts patients before profits.
And the rest of the staff are all as equally committed. I cannot speak highly enough of the "Family Practice at Hinkler"

Never been a failure. Was and always treat u with respect. I recommend the clinic to everyone . I found my doctor with concerns and interest to listen. All the staffs are easy to talk with and very accommodating .

Wouldn’t go there. Reluctant to help. Refused preventative care procedures in the past even though I requested it and happy to pay out of pocket. No patient follow up with results ever! Refused consult after appointment booked, no real explanation as to why.
