To the owners at Family Practice at Ayr what an amazing person Leanne , the Practice Manager is she is the most professional person I have met in my life . Please do everything possible to her .She is kind and caring and makes sure you are looked after . The high standard service she provides is amazing .
Her aura can be felt as soon as you walk in the surgery .Her beautiful smile and her welcoming is one where you just want to go in and say hello .She is never to busy to help and I only hope her next chapter with her new position will be one of greatness . Family Practice at Ayr will not be the same without her .

You are first greeted with a smile by the most helpful kind reception staff 😊
Was not waiting long at all to see the doctor.
The waiting room was lovely, clean and welcoming.
The doctor was so helpful and kind.
