Dr. Amin is great and very informative, the front desk ladies were very helpful in explaining further steps and fees and to assist us with our payment requests. My son had a wonderful time and I feel hopeful of our path with this service provider.

As a family visiting Family Nurture it was the best decision we have ever made. Dr Amin and Jemma and all the team have helped us with going through the diagnosis and then helping us pick the right follow up needed with psychology and OT. As a mum of children struggling with mental health it can get lonely and hard but thank you isn't enough for all your love support and laughs

Worth every cent, Dr Laura has helped the process of diagnosing my son, the whole process has been so smooth from the beginning, she is compassionate, kind and really patient and understanding of your situation, and doesn’t treat our sessions as clinical which my son loves. Highly recommend.

I am incredibly grateful for the genuine care and consideration shown by all the practitioners, and the reception team led by Jemma. We were facing some very challenging times and they listened and tailored services to meet the unique needs of my child, with unconditional support to us as parents. The results have been fantastic and I will be forever grateful! The personalized approach of this practice made all the difference. Highly recommend!”

We went for our initial appointment with Dr Amin today. He is a wonderful doctor who explains things very well and is nice and approachable. The practice is lovely and the reception staff are nice and capable. We are happy to have been referred here and will happily return for repeat appointments.

My son has been left out to dry by this practice. I went to a great deal of expense and inconvenience to have him assessed for ADHD after being recommended to go here. I drove from Brisbane for the appts to make this happen for him. I spent over $4k in total.

I expressed concerns about accessing medication and my ability to manage the costs of the review appts and was assured he would only need in person reviews every 12 months so that I could manage the associated costs.

During this period the appointment cost increased astronomically to the point where as a single mum I simply cannot afford almost $400 for a 30min appt, on top of a full day off work and the costs of petrol to drive to the GC for a script.

Today I went to fill my sons prescription to discover that it has expired. He is out of meds and in the middle of senior high school exams and there is no way for him to access them unless I fork out another $400 and a day trip to the GC.

At my last appt in March I was told by Dr Amin that he wouldn't need to be seen for 12 months.

This system is appalling and the kids who urgently need the support are the ones who suffer. As if he wasn't already struggling enough, the practice that is supposed to help him has wiped their hands of him unless I choose to pay them $400 instead of buying my kids groceries this week.

It's absolutely irresponsible and in complete contradiction to their supposed approach to "nurture families". Avoid them at all costs unless you have very deep pockets.
