It really depends on the doctor. I've gone to Dr. Vazquez for several years and have been very disappointed. He has always dismissed my symptoms and concerns saying "You are young you don't need to worry about it" and then I'll hear him telling the older person in the next room "You are not young anymore(That's why you're sick)."
So either you're too young to be seriously sick or you're too old to receive any proper attention.

They also still try to blame sicknesses on covid to avoid possibly actually healing someone. I wish things were better than this.

I recently visited Dr. Vazquez at Family Medical & Specialty Clinic, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The clinic is clean, organized, smells amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Dr. Vazquez is a true professional. He listened to my concerns attentively, explained my condition in simple terms, and recommended a treated plan that worked wonders. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It’s been 1 month already and Monica Dr. Vazquez nurse couldn’t send some information to my insurance... she didn’t know how , she was so unprofessional and stupid. Really bad service. After waiting 1 month it’s ridiculous ?the amount of time I spent waiting and I had to go several times . Dr Vazquez u definitely need better and more professional staff or at least SMART . Out of all the secretaries there I only like the lady that has been there for many years she does know ....

They have the most rude window workers. Called to ask a question in the most polite way and answered annoyed, raised voice, and wanted to hang up right away. The question was that if I could give her my date of birth to see if my insurance would go through/ was active. I was ok with a nice simple no and she was interrupting me before I even finished asking.

Not only a pediatricians office, there is ONE waiting room for all patients. Sick, elderly, and children. Made me uncomfortable when I took my newborn for just shots that everyone was coughing. Also, I ordered a vaccine card. Paid for it, and I STILL have not gotten a call back to pick it up. They told me they would call me by the end of today and never did. Hated this place. Glad I changed pediatric offices.

There is a worker there, don’t know her name, I think she works taking out blood, short, and really gorgeous, red sneakers..ahh wish I knew her name, she was the nicest, can’t take my eyes off of her. That is all
