I was asked to return to the clinic for some test results after a routine urine test. Eventho I made an appointment I was kept waiting for over 1 hour and the receptionist showed no empathy and just shrugged her shoulders.
I had to eventually leave as my car was parked in a 1 hour zone, very disappointed that I had obviously made an appointment in vain & didn't see the Dr.

Terrible practice. Dr Marta Andrali told me that my baby should not have a blood test, even though her temperature was 39 degrees. My baby was coughing and had an excess amount of green mucous she was coughing up. My baby was admitted to hospital 3 days later after she had sent us away and told me I was overreacting. She is ok now thankfully, but she needed a lot of antibiotics. I do not recommend this practice at all. Stay clear.

Similar experience to most people who gave it one star, I'd give this place zero if I could. Saw Dr Zora. I spoke briefly about some mental health related things during the first appointment I had with her and she gave a chuckle about it as if it was plain silly. Second appointment went for less than 5 minutes, she barely checked the areas of concern and generalised it, and then I asked about something else and before I could even expand on what had been going on she told me to book another appointment. Would not be returning to such a practice with a Dr who just wants you out the door quickly. No empathy, not thorough, not helpful. Shocking.

It was bad that I didn't check the reviews before booking my appointment. Arrived 15 minutes earlier of my appointment then waited for an hour. We were left behind by others who arrived after us. Someone even got called in by the doctor ahead of our turn. Avoid this place if you don't want your time wasted.

Learning People

Doctor Sofic is okay as she tried her best to understand my symptoms and treating me well. However the reason I give 2 stars due to the long wait like more than an hour even I came on time for my appointment. And also I don't understand why the female receptionist being rude to almost everyone there? No one makes her angry and she just being rude to you even on the phone calls. I could hear her angry tone and the phone being smashed down when the call ended. Take the chill pill lady. She's also being rude to one of the elderly patient that came to the clinic a while ago, she belittled her and search through her handbag without her consent, in front of the other patient!

Called because I’m so sick that I can’t breathe. The receptionist is some old grumpy man and says I can’t see the doctor because I’m sick so I have to wait for a phone call. Never get a call, so I call back the next day and the Doctor says I have to come back the next day just for a Covid test. I go and they tell me the results will come back tomorrow, so I beg to see the Doctor for just a minute and then they make me sit out in the cold.
This entire time I’ve literally had no sleep cause I haven’t been able to breath
