Been going for years but now if you h ave more than one issue they say you have to make another appointment. Sounds like a money grab to me I thought you pay for a certain amount of time anyway found a good practice now

Lovely Doctors, Dr Brits and Dr Bala are wonderful the lady that took my blood was absolutely beautiful, the young receptionist was very respectful. The mature receptionist was unprofessional and too loud for a small waiting room.

The service I received from the moment I walked in to the moment I left is the best I have received in the area in any industry. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the young nurse Vikki went above and beyond to to make sure my visit was as comfortable and smooth as possible. Dr Tin was also fantastic and very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone.

I have a couple of chronic health problems, including a rare genetic bone disease, so I spend a lot of time at doctor's appointments. I have been a patient at The Walkerston Medical Clinic for a few years now.
The reception staff, and the nurses, have always been respectful, kind, & helpful.
My GP, Dr Hemang, has been wonderful. He always listens, & has never been dismissive of my pain, or of any concerns I might have. He is willing to discuss different treatments, & will take the time to explain anything I don't understand. He is very helpful, and caring. I trust him. I can't stress enough how important that is, to me.
On occasions when he is not available, I have seen others who work there, (although, mostly Dr Htin) & again, they have been respectful, & helpful.
The overall atmosphere at this medical centre is pleasant, and caring.

I have been going to this place for over 10 years. I have gone through nearly all doctors to figure out what is causing my problems. I’ve been called a hypochondriac by some, I’ve been told “it’ll take too long to go through your history- go see someone else”. I have been made to look like a fool, constantly going back there for repeat test results that all keep coming back negative. I feel like when I’m in the room, no doctor wants to listen, and they don’t want to help. Or I’ll explain how I’m feeling and be told “just go on this antibiotics or steroid”. They want to rush me out of there. It’s extremely embarrassing and costly, and I still am having the same issues. Today I have walked out of there crying and completely embarrassed because I am truely just sick of it. The reception ladies are always lovely, but the doctors really need to start being more considerate and willing to help, rather than try to push people away. I am going there for a reason and I just want to receive the help that they trained many years for.

Not impressed with Dr Tim he didn’t want to give me anything to help my daughters skin and told me it would pass in 3 days which it has not.
I had to basically demand he give me something to stop her crying and itching at night and he gave me medicine which she would not take.
Cream would have been better.

Dr Susan has complete disregard for patient diagnosis (CPTSD) and continued to argue, belittle, and accused me, a first time patient of hers, of "turning off" her medical system that she has to log into. Didn't answer simple questions and was unwilling to work with the patient and spoke with disrespect. I was asked "So what is even wrong with you?") And "what do you even need these medications for" and told me "I don't have time for this, you need to leave because I have other patients" even though the consultation wasn't yet finished or my simple questions answered. She caused me to have trauma responses which I am now going back to my psychiatrist about to help. She has caused me to suffer extreme anxiety since and I have to go back to treatment now because of her poor, disgusting bedside manner towards me. I will not be returning to this clinic
