Dr Govind has been great to deal with. He’s welcoming, very knowledgeable, and shows genuine care about my ongoing health. I have also found it it very easy to book into his practice due to their extended hours. Very happy.

Wasn’t sure if I visited a tyre shop or medical practice. No empathy or patience for children. Not welcoming and the experience makes you feel you should be at their feet. Very rude receptionist that I think may own the place or acts like it. Poor customer service all round.

Friendly, affordable, approachable, easy to make reservations, pay after your consultation and expert doctors. After visiting the clinic more than 2 times, I decided to nominate them as my family GP.

Update (11/02/2025): They prioritize patients who are in pain and need immediate attention. I was experiencing severe abdominal pain, so the reception staff scheduled me for the next available appointment right away, and I was seen before the other patients. I am truly grateful for that.

Location: Easy to access using the tram, you will find woolies, chemist and restaurants near by. Also, there is a electric charging station by EVIS.

Extremely poor experience, they have lost the basic concept of customer service.

In response to your reply, I didn’t make a mistake at all. I’m not a patient in your system because I walked out after you refusing to even talk to me at reception without making a paid appointment. If you provide a service to help people, my advise to you is to never forget patients are human just like you and you should treat them like that.

We had an appointment for our two children today with Dr Govind Kotha and I cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful he was with both of our children. He was running on time and took his time to make our children feel at ease before checking them over. Cannot recommended him highly enough, this will definitely be the place we bring our children from now on.

My first experience with Family First General Practice & it won't be the last! The Dr Kotha shared detailed information with me that made me feel comfortable about the pregnancy! We were seen in a timely manner & the reception team we incredibly welcoming & helpful. So thankful!
