I purchased scripts for blood work. It said they would be provided 2 days after purchase. Almost 3 weeks and multiple emails later, they tell me they aren’t able to provide a script despite the fact that they have already taken my money. Terrible communication and service.

Most of the staff here are amazing, both compassionate and friendly. AVOID Dr Ahmed, perhaps it was an off day but he displayed a lack of professionalism and kindness that is worrisome as a patient. I would recommend Dr. Sameer Badgoti to anyone, kind, understanding and provides great care.

The clinic is very nice, tidy, and clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment from Dr. Sameer, as my previous experiences seeing GPs in Australia have been that they dispatch you really fast and don’t show a lot of tact. Dr. Sameer, however, was very professional and polite.

I will definitely return and would recommend him.

I found this amazing clinic on a weekend who was open with a female doctor Mala Gupta and could get me in straight away which impressed me. After going a few times to the clinic i met doctor Sameer Badgoti he is amazing. Both doctors are very thorough, knowledgeable & caring great doctors which are hard to find.
The receptionist Courtney is amazing very helpful her smile makes my day very Friendly lady.
I had to see the nurse who is a sweetheart and a asset to the medical centre Trudie Guy knows her stuff I felt very safe in her hands she is very Friendly and understanding great nurse.

I didn't see the doctors here, I saw the dietitian as this was where she was this week. I've never been here before. It was lovely and clean, comfortable. My biggest problem was that it only had ONE disability car park! Why does a medical centre only have one disability parking spot? Especially when there is no other parking close by. Very disappointing.
