Hands down one of the best medical centers I’ve been too. Booking system is efficient and I never have to wait too long. They have most facilities already there such as bloods, certain scanning machines etc. so I don’t have to go to another clinic to get these tests completed. Staff are always friendly and accommodating and I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr Rafi. He will definite be my go to doctor from now on.

The service is mediocre at best. I've been given bad advice twice now. Whenever I book an appointment time, the doctor is minimum 45 minutes late. Very poor when on a selchedule. Unfortunately I'll be finding a new clinic after today.

The pathology team is pretty good, quick, responsive and to the point. The doctors though... go ANYWHERE else. They lack passion of their profession, time management skills and clearly basic knowledge in their field.

Worst service ever. Came there for checkup for my 6 weeks old baby. They rushed to give him the vaccine without checking anything else. Doctor Tian didn’t check anything else as well. The nurse rushed going home. Our appointment was at 5:15. They close at 7. I already called before making appointment to make sure that we can come for the baby check up with one of the nurses just in case they’re not available at 5:15. The receptionist said it’s available all day. Never come back there again!

The girls at the reception are always very helpful and professional. Great mediators. Sally in particular has been there for some time is always reassuring to ensure your needs are taken care off.
Also Dr Fitch has been our family doctor for many many years. He is an excellent doctor.
