Another "Doctors" that only care about making money. Not interested in the actual issues but are very happy to continue to make appointments outside dosage schedule.
I was ordered via Dr Olaf Rusoke-Dierich through police to an acute mental health assessment. Went to.my threatened appointment and the health care professional was great. After telling her I didn't even see Dr Olaf Rusoke-Dierich on that day he reported me. She said that should not have happened.
False reporting? Hmm.

My husband & I are so impressed & grateful for the medical, nursing & pathology received by all at Clements Medical Centre. Unfortunately I have one thing after the other with my health
& I feel so bad that I am at the clinic so much, but it is necessary. It’s going to be difficult for us financially now, before the fees had increased we had skin surgery done at no out of pocket expense which was amazing. We are very fortunate with caliber of staff. Thank you 🧜🏻‍♀️🐋🌴

Phoned Fairfield Medical Centre to make appointment to discuss treatment with medical cannabis oil for chronic pain (psoriatic arthritis) as all standard medicines have failed. Was advised that they only prescribe that oil for palliative care. Now I know this is NOT true. It is difficult to get past non doctor gatekeepers.

The practice wasn't good at measuring babies growth, the nurse that we saw took a wrong measurement on our baby's head, even though we told her it cannot possibly be, given our last measurements, she insisted it was the right measurement and we felt rushed out of our visit.
I wouldn't waste time paying money to get that kind of unprofessional service at this practice.
We ended going back to our community health centre in Kirwan the next day, where we always had our measurements done.
We could trust what they were doing and it turns out we were right.

Everyone here is so caring. My special thanks to Dr Adil Nagi, the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever come across. All doctors here listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to help.

The service was good, however I was not impressed that I wasn't informed that this practice no longer bulk bills prior to the floods, although previously when I have visited it was bulk-billed. So i had to pay a fee for a 5 minute appointment. I went to this practice out of convenience as it was close to where I was at the time. Don't think I will be returning.
