Location is close to parking. It can be a busy place and appointment is recommended. It’s good that Pathology is right inside the centre. I saw Dr Hugo who’s been treating me for years now. Always gives me accurate advice and tells me to focus on one thing at a time. He explains things in details and answers my questions.

First time going there , very disappointed I was passed off to a rookie doctor Dr Lok-Him Lam, I found him rude and arrogant spoke over me when trying to explain my symptoms it felt more like an interrogation

Dr Sivaguru should update her medical profile of interest. She is definitely not good in children’s health. My baby was 6 months old when I saw her for 6 months checkup and vaccination. I also requested a prescription for meningococcal vaccine and she refused because he was too young. She then checked her resources and said he has to wait until 12 months. I spoke to my usual doctor Krantz another day and she prescribed for me. Dr Sivaguru was so unprofessional, I waited 30 mins to see her and no apology. She asked me to hold my baby here and turn his body here etc but she is full wearing PPE: gloves glasses and gown.

All is good, the recepcionists and the doctors, except one female hindu Dr. around 40-50 yo, which after I spent two hours waiting for her to attend me. I todl her that my tummy was bleeding and she made the receptionist switch me doctors because according to her it was a male problem. I think this is completely unprofessional, unethical and is lack of respect towards the oath a doctor make. My father and my brother are doctors and they would be shocked if I tell them about this. Anyway, I waited a few minutes more, around 30 - 60 mins to the other doctor. He was good and kind.

Dr Nadia Khan has no regard for your time. My appointment was at 1:30pm. She arrived at 1:30pm after taking a break. At 1:35pm she called in the person before me as the person had been late. Still, no apology or dialogue to me! She made me wait 40mins from my appointment. This is total disregard for people’s time. Also during the appointment she forgot to give me my antibiotic prescription and her googling what medicine to give me doesn’t give me much confidence in her ability either.

Don’t go here if you’re pregnant honestly… I went here today to see if I could get a referral to do my 12 week scan but I was told no rudely because I have my appointment on the 27th with the hospital to see if everything is going well mind you this is my first viable pregnancy and I did not know I was going for a ultrasound at 12 weeks 6 days I was only told by the doctor here and the lady over the phone at the hospital I needed to do a blood test a week before and they will tell me my results on the 27th! After saying I wanted the referral she practically went off at me saying I can’t just come in here and except her to give me what I want witch confused me and made me extremely uncomfortable she proceeded to talk over me and say only bc you are worried about stuff doesn't mean I can just make a appointment and expect her to give it to me and that I should just go find a new doctor to deal with me. honestly it was extremely uncomfortable instead of explaining to me in the beginning that the appointment for the 27th included the scan she just went off and made me feel uncomfortable but at the end of her practically telling me off she realised I had no clue I had a ultrasound on the 27th she then felt like it would be a good idea to proceeded to explain it to me… by then I was pretty shocked and again uncomfortable so I agreed that I won’t be ever coming back and will be going to a different doctor that won’t just lash out and will just explain what will happen properly for future appointments! Do better dr zin some of your clients will be sensitive only because your having a bad day doesn't mean we should !!!
