I was never a big fan of gyms in the past, but joining F45 Beenleigh has been one of the best things my wife and I have ever done.
The trainers are absolutely fantastic, will give that extra push and motivation if you want it, and the members make the community a welcoming and fun environment. There are no egos in this gym, just a great bunch of people striving to stay fit and healthy as a group. The management have even set up a kids corner so you can bring the little ones along if you want.

I have only just recently joined up at this studio and I honestly regret not joining earlier. The trainers and members are very welcoming not just to me but the kids as well. It’s been hard trying to begin my fitness journey again, especially with young kids but the trainers reassure you that it’s fine to bring them along + their is a kids corner. Atmosphere is great!

I joined 2-3 weeks ago & I’m absolutely obsessed with the atmosphere, the coaches are incredible & they truly want the best for each & everyone. I’ve never been to any gym settings before so I have 0 idea how to use any equipment, and within 2-3 weeks of attending I’ve learned so much. Definitely 5 stars! You will not regret signing up. F45 Beenleigh is an awesome gym to be apart of. The members are always friendly and encouraging and the workouts leave you feeling sweaty and exhausted every time! And the coaches, well they are just amazing, they give me the push i need and are always happy and making us laugh!! So glad I joined.

Such a great atmosphere! A friendly & supportive place to work out. You instantly feel apart of the team as soon as you step through the door. I have been apart of the team for nearly 12 months now & I still thrive off going every single day. All trainers have a wealth of knowledge with endless support. If you are lacking motivation & chasing results then F45 Beenleigh it the one for you! Highly recommend!
