My friend just had cataract surgery done here. His right eye was done 2 weeks ago and the left one done yesterday. Great team they have here.
From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the 2 guys on the front desk Oli and Wade. Both are welcoming and friendly. Then you see the female nurse that does all the preop things. Lovely asian girl. Friendly and explained things well.
The male nurse and anaesthetist. Again, nice and professional people.
Doctor McAlister who did the surgery is very good at his job. Friendly, good sense of humour and also very professional at the same time.
Thanks again to everyone involved in making this experience for my friend very easy and calming.

I had my second cataract surgery here today. My previous cataract surgery was 9 years ago to the exact day, at the same hospital. Different eye of course. From admission to departure the staff were friendly, caring, supportive and above all, very professional. The sandwiches at the end were lovely and filled one hungry stomach. Thank you very much Eye-Tech.

My experience at Eye Tech was a pleasure. The staff out back made the procedure feel like a day spa; I wasn't in a hurry to leave. Certainly nothing to be nervous about! Of course, the next days at home juggling eye drops take a bit of cheek out of you. Helpful if you have a companion to pop those in, and paracetamol reduces irritation remarkably. Special 'thank you' to Dr John Hogden for his expertise (although I missed his bedside manner being in a lovely 'twilight'). Thanks muchly to all.
