FABULOUS RESEARCH DEPARTMENTS, BUT POOR IN COMMUNICATION WITH EACHOTHER. ALL SEPARATED. INFORMATION PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOSPITAL LAY OUT.
WHEN LIFTS OUT OF ACTION WHAT LIFTS VISITORS CAN USE. POOR SECURITY IN COMMUNICATION WHEN AREA OUT OF ORDER, RESEARCH AREA MUST HAVE 2 WAY COMMUNICATION TO SURGERY AREA AND BACK , AT TIMES WHEN WAITING AREA FULL IN SURGERY AREA AND WAITING AT LEVEL 7 WITH NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS BY STAFF , IN VISITORS NEEDS .
BUT RESEARCH IT SELF GREAT BUT TOO MANY GIVE CONFLICT WITH DIRECTIONS OR DETAILS. ONE WILL SAY THIS ANOTHER SOMETHING ELSE ON SOME ISSUES, CAN CONFUSE PATIENTS.
IT EASY TO GET LOST IN HOSPITAL WITH HIDEN SECTIONS FOR STAFF ONLY, AND TRAPPED INSIDE WITH NO STAFF CARD, DUE INFORMATION STAFF LACK OF KNOWLEDGE FROM CAFE BACK TO LEVEL 7. IS DIFFERENT AREA IN OLD PART NOT NEW. THAT A MAZE OF HALLS AND DOORS CARD CODES. YOU NEED TO IMPROVE ALL AREAS NOT DOUBLEUP ON MALFUNCTION COFFEE MACHINES , TO CAFE ROCK HARD TOAST THAT CHOKES YOU WHEN EAT. TO ICE COFFEE WHEN IT WAS TO BE HOT COFFEE. GIVE OPTIONS TO PATIENTS AND STAFF, BUT TALK TO EACHOTHER DEPARTMENTS AS MANY DO NOT KNOW WHAT HOSPITAL DOES TO HELP MANY. AS LEVEL 2 STAFF DID NOT KNOW WHAT LEVEL 7 DOES IN RESEARCH WITH EYES. OR OTHER FOR EARS. IT OPEN UP BETTER FOR ALL IN POSITIVE WAYS, THEN NO KNOWN IT VALUES.

Experience for us was good. Went there with a quite skeptical mind due to the reviews. However, found everyone around was quite helpful and eager to help. There is paid parking in the basement vary start from $6 and there is early bird parking as well. Only downside was we had to wait over an hour for the nurse's initial assessment prior to the surgery even though we had an appointment at 7.30am. Did see there were people who had come before us waiting as well. Not sure this was the case everyday or this was one off. However, the surgery was finished within the time frame they mentioned. Had to go to Level 1 to pick up the patient. Clear instructions was given by the pharmacist as well.

Waited 10 hours in emergency department, eye is very painful and requested neurofen twice but got ignored ! I was told by the nurse that there is only
1 eye doctor and waiting room is full. How can a hospital only have 1 doctor?

One of the most disorganized healthcare facilities I’ve ever experienced. I waited 3 hours in pain for a clinic appointment, with no communication from any staff on ETA. Once called in, I was told the clinic didn’t have access to imaging and to leave. Complete and utter disregard for the patient experience and couldn’t seem to get out of their own way to help somebody in considerable discomfort and anguish. Avoid EOM clinic at all costs if you can.

This is the best medical facility I have ever been to in my 72 yrs of life. The staff are exceptional, curtesies, helpful and very patient with the everybody. And one of the best things was they go by booking time not by when you show up which I thought was just great.

I went there to accompany a relative and the waiting room was ridiculously busy and packed. I dont know why, but patients seemed to take forever to be called up by the doctors.
We talked with one receptionist and he was very friendly.
As I was waiting, one of the doctors rudely came out and said aloud to all patients "why is there so many people here when I only have two people on my list left to see" and THEN began asking patients as to why they were sitting in the waiting area. That was incredibly rude and she needs to better learn manners when addressing patients.
Overall, we were there for three hours and most people seemed rude.

Horrible attitude receptionists from clinic A. Acting high and mighty when check in and go away attitude when making future appointment. Asian nurse lady with men's hair cut lost my paperwork and not even notified me so I waited 4 hours. If I did not ask I would be there forever. She has a rude attitude pointing and talking to patients. I understand they r busy and under a lot of pressure but I hope a tiny bit of kindness or maybe just neutral attitude when it comes to healthcare services. Great doctors though!
