We have dealt with freight for many, many years, we have a warehouse in Melbourne and an operation here in Cairns. Freight has been the sore spot since the day we started, it's almost a full time job when the freight companies are so unhelpful. I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with how wonderful these guys were. They answered the phone.... I know, can you imagine a freight company answering the phone They knew what freight I was chasing, the delay had nothing to do with them, it was an issue out Brisbane, the gentlemen remembered my name when I called the next day to ask if we could have whatever they has received delivered. They delivered as they said they would, just brilliant.
If only I could use this company around Australia for all our parcels.
