I REPEATEDLY enquired about a property at 137 Ireland St, Oonoonba that was advertised recently and mentioned I'm a cash buyer. I got NO response after enquiring on the real estate app, by sending a text message or sending a direct email to the agent. Now I see just now that the property has gone under offer. Absolutely ridiculously poor form and who the real loser is? The seller who could've had a quick, stable & secure sale with a cash buyer that would've matched or beaten any other offer. Poor form. I'm looking at multiple investment properties and I will not be even bothering to deal with this particular agent in the future who cannot even answer a simple question like "is it fibro?". Unprofessional, lazy and incompetent.

Having been a renter for almost 20 years, I have never had such a delightful experience with a rental agent as I have had with Explore Property's Gemma Hallett. Whilst interactions with all staff were always professional and courteous, Gemma really looked after us with her down to earth nature and professional approach to solutions. As tennants we have always treated rental properties with care and respect, but rarely do we receive respect and kindness back from our property managers. Just made us want to look after the house even more so. Thank you Gemma, you are an absolute asset to any business.

Poor communication and poor service, don't return phone calls, If you own a unit on the Strand in Townsville, you will be happy to know that they didnt return my call when I enquired about your property. We have just signed a contract with another agent in North Ward on another Unit
