After overcoming quite a bit of anxiety to book in my appointment to have my Viability scan, I was put on the phone with Kirsty. I was met with extreme attitude and hostility which no woman wants when they are trying to book in a scan for their baby. The anxiety comes from having several miscarriages in the last couple years. The last thing I need to deal with is a middle-aged woman with an attitude who is there to do a job and a job only. This complaint will be here and I will also be following it up. No need to be hostile with people who are just trying to live their lives and get things sorted. Absolutely appalled. Do better women, leave the chip on your shoulder at home.

Whoever was on the front desk this afternoon was extremely rude to my partner, she called to book a 40 week ultrasound and the lady kept cutting her off and wouldn't let her get two words in to explain the clinical details she just kept interrupting and saying I need the clinical notes, how many scans have you had, in a very rude and rushed manner.
Then said I need to know this or I can't book you, constantly interrupted.
She would have explained this if she was able to speak for more than 10 seconds. Will not return here again due to this.

Do NOT go here. It’s an hour each way for me to get here, stuck in traffic 10minutes late and called them before the appointment to advise - they said it’s fine come in so I arrived 10mins past my booking time and they refused my appointment.Complete waste of time, had to leave work early for this also . Waste of 2 hours . Don’t go here the bad reviews are here for a reason

Worst customer service from the 2 receptionists. Had an appointment for wife at 4pm. Arrived there ~5min early and unfortunately forgot to bring the referral letter. Younger receptionist told us they can’t do anything without the referral letter. Up until this point everything was ok and we take full responsibility of our mistake. But then asked her if I should go get it from home and come back and it might take some time. She said yes. I went out, called the GP clinic to see if they can email the letter, but GP unavailable at that time, so went back home and came back at 4.22 with the letter. Then same receptionist said we can’t do it today and we have to reschedule as you missed your appointment!!!! Obviously we were frustrated and asked why didn’t you tell us this earlier before I went back home to get the letter!! She claimed she tried to tell me but we ran off so she couldn’t!!!! I mean why would we run off from there. I even tried to convince her a few times to let us do the scan and we can send her the referral letter later when she insisted that we must bring the referral letter. Before going back home to get the letter I even told her that it might take up to 30min to come back. She could have told us to reschedule it then as it might be too late or if they had other appointments to attend to. We would have happily accepted that as it was our mistake to forget about the referral letter.
What happened next is even more appalling. I asked her if we ran off as you claimed why didn’t you call on the mobile then? At that point another receptionist joined the conversation. Both mentioned they couldn’t get the number on file. If they didn’t have my wife’s number on file how did she receive appointment reminder!!!! Not to mention - throughout this whole engagement not once they sounded sorry for wasting our time. They asked if we wanted to reschedule or not. I said no we want to lodge a complaint. Even then they didn’t bother to say sorry for wasting our time. They were obviously lying that they tried to tell us before leaving that we might need to reschedule. They had zero care of our time. Even finally before we walked out from there older receptionist asked if we wanted to reschedule. I said not through this center and she replied - Good luck!!!!

This could have been a simple situation where you could have told us to reschedule when we went there first without the referral letter. But instead you insisted we go back home to get the letter and then told us “No, we can’t do it today , we have to reschedule as you missed your appointment time”. You even tried to lie on our face that you tried to tell us earlier about the reschedule but we ran off!!! And you couldn’t call because didn’t find her number even though she received appointment reminder text from you. I mean come on!!! How could someone with ZERO care for customer work at customer service. You guys are a disgrace to your profession.

I called yesterday for atleast 40 minutes during operating hours yesterday and no one ever picked up. I decided to do an online request and got a call this morning and the lady sounded like she hated her job and had no personality about her. Please hire someone who can atleast answer your phones and can actually provide good customer service. Embarrassing ..

Don’t ask reception to do anything outside of being arrogant, rusty and rude. Of all the imaging places I have been, this practice seems to have the worst reception I have encountered in the area, whether on the phone or in person, do not expect an ounce of care or patience from them and certainly do not ask them to do anything remotely more complex than to book you in or to let you sit on hold trying to get through for at least 10 minutes.

Absolutely lovely staff all round here. They make you feel very welcome and all had a sense of calm about them. During my ultrasound, everything was explained which really helped ease any anxiousness I had about the process.

Jo went above and beyond to help me - which involved contacting my medical centre numerous times! Thank you Jo and the team who looked after me on the day. All very caring and friendly.
