I hate exercising, I really do, but my body reacts so positively to this and under the experts tutelage and support my back pain is much more manageable. I feel more energised and much more likely to be active. The classes are for every fitness level from beginners like me to the more advanced. The instructors are patient and happy to offer corrections or adaptations to suit your level. Highly recommended

Both trainers are fantastic. I would suggest starting with Danny She is so warm and welcoming Greg is one hell of a workout so make sure you’re prepared for it when you try your first class with him. I would say basically the difference is because let’s be honest. There are certain things that both trainers do that are Quite challenging and the muscles soreness after is oh my god, but in a good way, Danny gives longer breaks Or should I say breaks in general? Lol And say that with love for their unique methods of teaching their own classes. Get yourself a $50 for a fortnight trial of unlimited Classes now You won’t regret it!

Thank you to Danny and Greg. Since starting pilates I feel so much stronger than I ever did while attending the gym.
Danny is so knowledgeable and helps me work on my neck pain, which I have suffered with for years!

Tried many gyms and that type of thing.

After an injury in early January 2023 I have been seeing Danny for remedial massage and she has been an absolute godsend! I’m positive that without her magic hands, expert knowledge and guidance the healing process would have taken a lot longer. This year I finally took the plunge and decided to take her up on her recommendation to try pilates, first just signing up for the 2 class per week option and soon discovered that 2 classes was just not enough! I AM OBSESSED!! My only regret is not starting sooner. I love the variety in classes and all of the instructors are so kind, knowledgeable, welcoming and go out of their way to help with correct form and make you feel so comfortable. I can already feel the benefits after a short time. Loving Evolve and what it is doing for my body and mind ☺️

I have been doing Pilates since April 2023 at Evolve Therapies Group. I am so glad that I chose Evolve Therapies Group. The classes are really enjoyable and challenging and I have seen amazing results and have gone from having shocking pain 24/7 to basically zero pain! I am happier in myself and feel great, and it’s reassuring to know that I have Danny and her staff in my corner helping me. This isn't just any studio it's one full of care, compassion and a wealth of knowledge. Danny knows her stuff, she was recommended to me for massage after long term, ongoing pain. I have been doing reformer Pilates classes at Evolve therapies/Cor Pilates for the last 6 months & it is the best thing I have ever done for my body and mind. Danny and the team have so much knowledge, care and attention. They make sure all exercises are safe and personalised to any injuries or pains you have. I feel stronger, more flexible and I have learned so much about my body.
Amazing value plans and very convenient morning, night and weekend classes available.
Danny has built an awesome community at Evolve that is so much fun and I actually look forward to getting out of bed early every morning for Pilates classes!
