The worst money hungry management. I have had nothing but problems. 5 stars for the staff

Extremely disappointed with service. I asked mutiple questions prior to me accessing counselling and although they answered they didn't do as they said and triage my referral accordingly.
Also had mutiple errors with my email which I followed up on mutiple accounts myself and now in January around 6 weeks after an appointment I still have no invoice and received a debt notice text message. I am awaiting an invoice now as we speak but they also are discriminating against Vax status despite being in the same building as the chemist which isn't and can't because it's essential.
Disgusting service for many reasons, would not reccomend
