I discovered Evolve and Jeff Shearer at the beginning of my chronic illness, I have usually found an acupuncturist wherever I have lived as I believe in a wholistic approach to wellness.
From the start Jeff was caring, understanding, empathetic and professional, he helped me with what type of foods I should and shouldn’t eat with my illness, and gently admonished me when I strayed, he helped me with my mental state just with his caring nature.
The acupuncture was amazing, he would feel different parts of my body for tension, put a needle in somewhere, feel the same body part and it was instantly softer, even after my years of having acupuncture done, Jeff’s way of administering it just blew my mind on how one tiny needle put in my foot or thumb just worked!
The rooms were inviting and calming. I always felt at ease with Jeff and as I mentioned, he was always professional but so approachable and kind and never judged, just helped.
If you are thinking of having acupuncture done, definitely go and see Jeff Shearer, I cannot rate him any higher but would if I could.

I started seeing Jeff prior to commencing IVF to prepare my body for the journey ahead, he is kind, compassionate and very professional so I always felt safe in his care. I continued to see him throughout pregnancy and currently 38 weeks working on encouraging my body to go into labour spontaneously! I will continue to see Jeff through postpartum as needed.
