Rejected an emergency appointment for me today when doctor was more than a hour late in a business meeting. I'm a business owner and do not have hours to waste waiting. I rang up just before my appointment yesterday and asked if he was running on time or I have a bit of time before I come down. They told me I'm first on his patient list after his lunch break so come down. I get there and see two business men walk in asking if it was bad timing and my doctor (in front of me) said no no not at all come on into my office. I preceded to wait up close to an hour before I very angrily had to leave. I asked if they could ask him how much longer he will be as I'm really busy running my business solo and really can't stop around for hours waiting especially since they said I was first on his list after his lunch break, they told me they could not disturb him sorry. I waited longer and just couldn't anymore as I have a business to run. My mental health is the worst it's ever been, and I asked for an emergency appointment the next day as he was very late and he never called me as per my request while leaving. He refuses to see me today as an emergency because I was on the phone to my mother telling her how long I had been waiting for, I was clearly upset that he just invited a business meeting Infront of me when the receptionists told me to get down there on time as he is ready for me. Then without informing me or anything just makes me wait for an hour for nothing, doesn't return my phone call. I have been suicidal all night and asked for an emergency appointment for today because I won't last more than today that was rudely turned down for literally swearing once on my phone call to my mother about how bad the wait was especially for someone who is running a very busy business by themselves. I have been seeing this doctor since I was a baby, this is disgusting how much recently this medical centre has started to care less and less when I have begged my doctor for help, especially since he verbally promised me he would have more time for me as a patient and would be taking my case more seriously.

Dr Sloan said he would call me back after an appointment, received no call.
went to book a follow up, receptionist stated that “he left a note that he is unwilling to see me”

I travelled from Coffs for an appointment and got a nice surprise on great location and vibe and the very polite and friendly staff, both on the phone and in person. I did have to wait which was fine as I was pre advised and I see this as positive in the regard the Drs take their time with their patients rather then being rushed. I seen Dr North who was wonderful.

Pleasant, clean waiting room. Toilet facilities. Helpful staff. Great Doctors including visiting specialists. Pathology, Xray and dialysis businesses within the complex.

Will not see you if you're not vaccinated. 'Evolve' Medical centre. Clearly devolved into discriminating against people's own free choices. 2022. Fantastic.
