My husband was referred to Dr McArdle for some ongoing nasal concerns. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were amazed by the professionalism and friendly nature of all that we interacted with. Dr McArdle was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and caring in his diagnostic process and was able to provide a solution to his concerns. My Son had surgery yesterday with Dr Kristy Fraser-Kirk. I can see others here complaining about waiting months at an appointment, so did we… but understand that so many places have huge wait times! I don’t feel that it’s a reflection of the practice or the Dr. Dr Fraser-Kirk was incredible at our appointment, yes we waited an hour, but not the end of the world. Our surgery was booked soon after, and as a nervous mum she was absotuely phenomenal. We had an overnight stay, she was unable to make it to us that evening or in the morning, due to being on call all night. Yet still made the effort to call me and check In. She provided very detailed aftercare notes and specific details of our 3 year olds surgery. Highly highly recommend Dr Fraser-Kirk. Massive thank you to you all.

After receiving the referral from my GP i got in touch with them and unlike any other clinic that would just book me in, they told me I had to go through triage first in order to see which doctor would see me.

That process took 2 months.
2 months for someone to take a look at a piece of paper and book my appointment.

Of course, 2 months later I had already seen a specialist in Brisbane.

So, if you are looking for a place that will treat you with respect I recommend staying as far as possible from this clinic.

I was referred by my dentist to a Maroochydore based ENT a few years ago whom I could not say a nice word about. I left there in shock. When it came to an ENT Dr. For my son a few months later, there was NO way I was going back. Dr. Daniel Timperley was referred to me by 2 friends.

Dr. Timperley has now performed surgery on both my son and I. My son's Adnoids and Tonsils were removed and I had a Septoplasy and Turbinate Reduction. We were both sent home same day and have both recovered with minimal pain. I was informed about theatre cowboy ENT whom are sadly out there but with my next to painless recovery, I can honestly sad Dr. Timperley is not one of them.

My son's surgery changed his life and he is happier than ever. No more night terrors, snoring or overheating... he also now talks and kisses us. I'm looking forward to experiencing my own results. Many family and friends have since shared that they too saw Daniel and were extremely happy with him. Thank you for your professionalism and care.

I was referred to Dr Hogans practice by my GP for a review of my scans due to a concerning, growing lump on my cheek. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Upon calling in December 2023, I was informed that my case was deemed "category 3" and not considered important. I was offered an appointment in September 2024, a delay that was unacceptable considering the potential severity of my condition.

Despite being promised a call from a doctor the following Tuesday, no one contacted me. This lack of communication and disregard for my urgency is simply unacceptable.

Considering the possibility of surgery and the need for timely intervention, I will be seeking care from a different medical practice that prioritises patient concerns and provides timely and clear communication. I will be staying well clear of this practice!
