Absolutely loving my experience with Jonelle. I was super anxious going into my first appointment, I had put it off for over a year. But she made me feel so comfortable immediately, explaining the whole process to me and the way that the laser works on the hair follicle. When Jonelle is explaining things to me, it’s clear she is very knowledgeable and passionate in what she does. thank you Vanessa for your kindness. I went in today in a low state of mind. I have been a bit low because my skin is in such a bad state. not only that I have facial hair that I needed to laser but hyperpigmentation and acne skin. I wasnt going into the clinic to gwt a treatment. But Vanessa looked at my skin and knew exactly what I needed. She suggested the qswitch treatment which I never had heard of before. when she explained it to me I was over the moon with the idea.
