Koi did my laser and honestly she’s one of the best! She made sure I was comfortable and not in pain during my laser experience, she made conversation and radiated good energy- to me (a very critical and honest person) that was exceptional customer service. I received my first treatment today for laser & I must say- Elizabeth made me feel so comfortable and calmed my nerves down so well. She was so lovely & explained what to do throughout the whole process + all the aftercare. I walked out feeling so happy! A few weeks ago, I have gotten the valentines glow facial peel (first time ever having a facial) and I was a bit disappointed at the fact that it left minor burn marks on my face after it. I was told it was meant to sting but wasn’t expected it to burn after the peel too. I did answer the questions and said that I had sensitive skin as well.

The next day I saw the manager and she said she had never seen a reaction like that before. She gave me a light treatment but that was it and didn’t apologise either. I wanted my skin to look nice before valentines but it left scars for 2 weeks instead. I was hoping she would have given a refund at least. I definitely wont be going back.

Although the Asian lady at the counter that I spoke to was lovely and very helpful though.

Great great service at Evolution Laser Clinic Wetherill Park! I’ve been coming here for the past year and no bad words to say! All the staff are absolutely amazing, providing such a great service to all, always so helpful and so sweet. Always helping to decide what the best deal is and how to save some money!! I’ve never had a bad experience here and the woman that does my treatments Jamila is an absolute sweetheart, always asking how my day is and making me feel super comfortable! Will definitely stay here for the duration of my treatments, overall 10/10!

i went doing waxing at this place the lady that did it was very rude and when i walked in she said can i see ur legs and she made fun of me for it being curly and started laughing at me in my most vulnerable state and while she was waxing my legs she kept shaking her head making me feel very uncomfortable and insecure in this environment. i was going to do legs, Brazilian, and my bum but i only said legs because i just wanted to get out of there cause i felt very judged she wasnt a nice lady dont recommended going there at all even for laser. My sister owns a laser business and i told that lady bc she asked if ive done laser then she said maybe u should come try out us bc we r better and she kept making me feel uncomfortable and kept saying im just letting u know but Brazilian hurts more and didnt make me feel comfortable and she just wanted to get this over and done with and she missed so many spots worst clinic ever they dont make u feel comfortable they make u feel judged and it was my first time going to a clinic other then my sister rudest people out there.

I've been going to this laser clinic for years and can't imagine myself elsewhere. The ladies there are kind and friendly. My technician Oriana is so caring and she makes me feel very comfortable - feeling comfortable with a technician is very important to me. She provides the best service for me and always puts 110% in my session. I always recommend her and this clinic to my family and friends.
