I have been a patient of this clinic since it opened and can’t recommend it any higher. My Dr , Bec Hargrave has been our family doctor for 13 years and she has never let me or my family down.. infact she has really gone above and beyond for us on several occasions over the years. The other doctors, nurses and receptionists in the clinic have also been of high quality and accommodating. I feel safe in their advice and care which is all you can ask for in your medical care provider.

Brought granddaughter here yesterday and reception, nurse and doctor were brilliant and caring. Review today and Chinese receptionist wanted my 4 year old granddaughter to wait outside in 13° with artic winds because she was feverish yesterday because of a wound infection but she was obviouslyterrified of catching a cold aka covid even though she's probablyjabbed to her eyeballs !!! Extremely caring of a child, NOT!

Our family has been attending this medical practice for the past 6yrs. Dr Bec and Dr Tran have provided exceptional care throughout this time for many different medical issues. We always feel heard and supported. While there can be a bit of a wait sometimes, we understand it's because they take the time to really understand what's going on and don't rush us in and out. Something we really appreciate. Jenny on reception is an absolute joy and I always enjoy the days she's on the front desk. Excellent practice, highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Rebecca Hargrave for over 3 years now. She is very professional and always going above and beyond to assist with my complex medical needs. I also have 2 sons that see her often and they love going to see Dr Bec. A modern, warm and friendly clinic. Helpful reception team, nursing staff great when my children needed immunisations. Have been a patient of Dr Bec and Dr Marie for over 5 years.
