We are coming to this clinic last 4 years and their customer service us excellent and the doctors are really knowledgeable. Dr.Kasala is our family doctor and highly recommend and the staff and the management were very friendly and very helpful. The clinic is very clean and welcoming

I had my flu shot at EVERWELL MEDICAL today and the whole experience was excellent. The doctor was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and I didn’t have to wait long. It’s a warm and professional place – highly recommended!

I would not recommend this clinic. I had a disappointing experience at the reception desk, where the staff member asked several personal and unrelated questions in front of other clients. One of the questions was whether I live in a rented property or have a mortgage — which felt intrusive and irrelevant to my visit.

I did my best to answer politely, but eventually asked if these questions were necessary. If such information is required, it should be included in the form, not asked out loud in a public space. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the way the conversation was handled.

I hope the clinic reviews their approach to patient privacy and communication.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Doctors are excellent and comprehensive in their assessments. Easy to book online, or if you're more comfortable you can give them a call and they will slot you in - even last minute if it can be accommodated.

Stuti has been an absolute help! She has been so supportive and helpful as I have been incredibly sick! I couldn’t recommend any better pathologist she is the best! She is also very soft and gentle whilst administering the needle and takes pride in her work! Not going anywhere else anymore
