This clinic is managed so poorly.

No prior notice that a COVID test was required before seeing a doctor and I was turned away upon arrival due to this unexpected policy. Clear communication before appointments would go a long way in preventing situations like this.

The front desk staff could benefit from customer service training, as their approach felt dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend this clinic, even in urgent situations

This has to be one of the worst clinics I’ve visited. I had an appointment, yet I was left waiting for over 50 minutes with no updates or communication. When I politely asked the receptionist how much longer it would take, she responded rudely and said, “We don’t know how long a patient takes.” No apology, no explanation — just a dismissive attitude. However, I will say that the doctor was good polite, attentive, and professional. It’s a shame the experience was overshadowed by such poor service at the reception.

Best clinic in Melbourne , everyone is so helpful and so friendly, you will get the very best care here. Dr Singh is the best Dr I have ever had -he really cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to care for them.
The clinic is very modern and comfortable with all the modern equipment and offers all the services you could ever need in one place.

Worst clinic. Waiting time exceeding an hour.
No apologies. No communications for waiting. 1 doctor in clinic and 20 people waiting same time for appointment. I hope this clinic pays to people waiting as they themselves ask for money for not turning to booked appointments. As if we have no other commitments rather than waiting for our turns at this practice.

First of all they always take atleast 20-50 mins to
Pick up your call. Secondly reception is very cold and seems unprofessional. I hv been here quite a few times and yet to see the reception smile once.
They really need to work on training reception on people skills and secondly wait time. Be prepared to wait atleast 1-2hrs from appointment time.
They have some good doctors but reception (unprofessional)and loooooooooooong wait time kills me.

Dr Ankush Gupta is an amazing doctor. He genuinely cares and shows empathy towards his patients. He ensures my understanding of the information he has provided and I walk out with all my issues addressed and resolved. This is a busy clinic so I am often waiting a bit for my appointment, but Dr Gupta has apologised each time where necessary for the wait and my appointment has never felt rushed. I walk out satisfied with the level of care each time. Thank you so much for the high quality of care you provide to your patients.

Horrible!! Horrible!! Horrible!! I have had such a bad experience at this clinic. I booked an appointment for 7:30pm ( standard consult) and of course the doctor was running an hour late as usual, i still agreed to wait. After waiting for an hour, i was charged a long consultation fees. When i asked the receptionist about it, she told me it is because i saw the doctor after 8pm. I pointed out that my appointment timing was before 8pm and i should be charged for what i booked. But somehow according to her, i will be charged based on when i see the doctor which is totally inappropriate. She kept arguing and saying you will get this much of waiting time in other clinics too and it’s not a big deal. Basically, waited for an extra hour and also paid extra money to wait there.
Such a chaotic and unhygienic place as there were flies all over the lights.
Never going back!!! Do not recommend!!

The receptionist is very rude, . I booked an appointment for my flu vaccine with them, Then the receptionist asked me to pay money for doctor consultation and also for the flu vaccine,I have paid fees for the doctor without any consultation.
Not recommended for anyone here after.
