Had an initial assessment from Grace after enduring post birth body ouchies! She was comprehensive, understanding and took the time to figure out what my goals were in terms of functional movement and what I want to get back to. Worked to provide exercises and a plan to help me recover!

Initially I went to Eureka Health for pain in my lower back. Megan was professional, actively listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. After 4 sessions my pain was drastically reduced. I was also provided with an individualised exercise plan to follow, to reduce the reoccurrence of the issue.

I also attend the Eureka Health reformer pilates classes. Ellen brings a warm, kind and positive attitude to each session. I enjoy the smaller class sizes offered, as the instructors have greater visibility to ensure correct posture throughout the workout.

For years I have been going to Eureka Health for several different health reasons and I cannot recommend enough! The staff are very knowledgeable and professional and I always have a good experience. The clinic is a very comfortable space and is always very clean 🙂

The beginners reformer pilates class was amazing, I'm sad I missed so many sessions but that was my own fault for double booking appointments, I would absolutely do the class again, the teacher was fantastic and was making sure her students were doing the movements correctly and safely. Xo
