I hold their services in the highest regard. They provided exceptional care for my father, who had dementia, until his recent passing. I am so lucky that when my Mum needed care that we were offered a place at Estia in 2016. Over the 6 years she lived there I knew she was safe and well cared for. A year ago my Dad also became a resident at Estia and recently passed away after a short illness. Over the years all the staff have always been incredible kind and caring. A special mention goes to the wonderful Lifestyle team that offer an incredible array of activities.

We are really appreciative of the lovely, caring staff at Estia. They have done such a good job at making our father feel so welcome and at home, having moved in 2 years ago. The Lifestyle team go to tremendous effort in keeping the event calendar full and varied, and being very accomodating of one off requests such as small family celebrations. My sisters and I agree that mum is in excellent care. The staff are especially proactive in looking after mum's health but also in her quality of life. During the past 4 years, mum has enjoyed the food and we are pleased to see that she has gained weight. There are a lot of activities enthusiastically organised for the residents. These are well attended be the residents. Quite often on my weekly visit, mum is not in her room but involved in a word game, high tea, bingo or chatting in the garden with another resident. She receives a far greater variety of activities and health care than I could offer her at home. She tells me despite her early dementia, that Elizabeth Lodge is her home now and that she is very comfortable there.

I thank my lucky stars every day that my gorgeous Mum has been welcomed into the care of Estia Health, Elizabeth Lodge, Willoughby.
Mum settled in from day one and has now been a resident for almost one year. Mum loves the staff and so do I. Each and every one of them is friendly, thoughtful, caring, respectful and professional. I am always welcomed.
Mum is very well cared for and just as importantly, cared about.
I am always kept well informed of any of Mum’s health issues - a big thank you to Dana. The Lifestyle programme is excellent - Kaye and Kate do an amazing job. All staff are just so kind and generous of their time with both Mum and me - thank you.
Estia’s Connect online program is excellent. Families are kept up to the minute on daily activities, menu, health issues, etc.
Mum often tells me Elizabeth Lodge must have once been a lovely old family home. Whether it was or wasn’t, I don’t know, but what I do know is that the wonderful staff make it feel like a family to Mum and me. Thank you.

My 85 year-old mum with mild dementia was admitted to Elizabeth Lodge a couple of weeks ago for respite, and it's been like a resort for old people. The staff have been wonderful and caring and you can tell there is genuine care for their residents. The food is also fresh, healthy, and tasty. We are so happy we found this place, and we are now looking at keeping her there permanently. Big shout out to Kaye, Sasha and the team of excellent staff, it's truly a happy place.

My mother at 100 years of age went to Estia Willoughby for respite care and then as a permanent resident. Estia Willoughby appears to be well managed and the carers are mostly very kind and sensitive to my mother’s needs. The variety of food prepared by the Chef and the kitchen staff is plentiful and well thought out.
A big shout out to Kaye and the lifestyle team who manage all daily activities at Estia from bbq lunches, patients birthday parties, live entertainment, animal visits, bus trips, arts and crafts etc, etc. All the residents are encouraged to participate with gentle kindness. They focus on the individual needs of patients and they are always friendly and positive.
I am confident that my mother is safe and well cared for at Estia Willoughby.

Elizabeth Lodge (Estia Health Willoughby) is a warm, comfortable, tasteful environment with wonderful, kind nurses, carers and services staff. We are very happy that we found somewhere so lovely to look after our Mum after her stroke two years ago. There are plenty of activities to keep residents occupied and interested, and Mum is noticeably uplifted after her bus outings and the fantastic musical events. The nurses are very attentive medically and emotionally, the lifestyle carers also give individual support in a gorgeous, bright, compassionate way, and all the staff are very friendly. On occasions when Mum is behaving differently, the nurses look after her beautifully and let us know promptly. We are very grateful to all the staff for helping to keep Mum as settled and happy as possible.
