From the moment I first spoke to Roslyn, I knew Figtree Estia Health was something special. Her warmth and professionalism instantly put me at ease during what was a very emotional time. Meeting Julie and the rest of the beautiful staff only confirmed what a truly exceptional place this is. Every interaction, whether in person or over the phone, has been met with genuine care, kindness, and a deep commitment to the wellbeing of the residents.

The care my mum receives at Figtree is nothing short of amazing. Knowing she is in such compassionate and capable hands gives our family so much peace of mind. Thank you to everyone at Figtree Estia Health—you are making a world of difference.

I have worked in health all my life and I promise you, I’ve seen everything from abysmal to amazing and these guys? Amazing! I can’t begin to express my gratitude to all of the beautiful staff who have not only been patient and adept in their interactions with my Dad but also who have noticed *me* not being okay and provided genuine comfort. To say Dad landed on his feet in Estia doesn’t do it justice. Thank you so much. I’m forever in your debt.

very bad experience with my dad with altzheimers in for two weeks respite on second day all his clothing slippers and toiletries disappeared ,staff notified of this , they said they would look for same .new clothing brought in ,also labeled .was told that toiletries were supplied ,3 days after everything disappeared dad was still not given any , so no dental care general hygiene/shower or shave for 4 days . Mum and i decided that we would take him home a week early , because he was not settling in and getting more confused . we rang to say we would be there about 3 pm to pick him up Staff not notified also his glass were missing as well as his shoes .The communication there is non excitant every day when i rang and asked if they had found his clothing i got the answer we didn’t know it was missing , might be in the laundry .I do understand that it’s not easy working in aged care and things do go missing but not all his belongings , lucky he still had his dentures . This was suppose to be 2 weeks respite for my mum , it was more stressful than having him at home and now he is even more confused than before , would not recommend this home if you care about your loved one 🤬😱additive : after many requests from admin staff to edit my review I stand by what I have said above but appreciate that they have offered to reimburse my mother for the cost of the week my dad spent in their facility and for all of his belongings that disappeared ,hopefully this will happen .they did not reimburse for lost belongings

My family and I are very greatful for the care given to our Mother during her stay in Estia Figtree.
We cannot fault the care given by the nursing staff, carers and domestic staff.
Thank you for giving our Mother dignity during her final days.
