After feeling rushed and dismissed by a previous doctor at another medical centre, I was fortunate to see Dr Serraa who went above and beyond to ensure I felt heard, reassured, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to listen attentively to all my concerns, thoroughly assessed my symptoms, and covered every possible angle in her care plan. The service has always been excellent almost a one stop shop. Dr De Silva is my primary doctor at this clinic and I must say she is one in a million! She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough with a lovely bedside manner! You couldn't ask for a better Doctor that actually takes the time to understand, hear and treat you.

dr fariha el masri was extremely professional and conducted my blood test so swiftly. I am extremely scared of needles and she inserted it perfectly to the point where i hadn’t known it went in. she’s amazing to say the least!

Highly recommend. Walked in twice and waited just about 15 mins before I was seen. The waiting area is spacious enough. My doctor Dr Al-Fadhil is very professional throughout my consultations. She actively listened and have addressed all my concerns. Very happy and satisfied with the service provided to me.

Very clean and professional Drs office, nurses, pathology and psysio all in the one center.
I have been a patient at Essential care for the last decade and they have improved their services ten fold as of recently.
