I had an appointment with pauline for a massage regarding lower back soreness! From the beginning she was very professional checking my posture and my ability to move. The massage it’s self was amazing not only did she focus on the problem areas, i also had a very relaxing full body massage. and a bonus was the lush smelling essential oils 🥰 my back feel so much better!

Due to a fitness injury (using weights that are too heavy) I sprained my lower back and I've been suffering from lower back stiffness for almost a year that refuse to go away.

Several times, I went to see physiotherapists and chiropractors (who only work your back for about, what, five/ten minutes if that?!) I would leave feeling a bit better, only to have the stiffness return.

I found Pauline's ad in the Lyndoch Grapevine and thought I'll try her ONE HOUR hot rocks massage and after one session, my back was feeling heaps better than it has for months. It's been a week now since I've seen Pauline and the stiffness has dissipated. It's still there but it's so much better. I'm thrilled as I was really concerned that I would never get better!

I came across this gorgous little massage place and felt so drawn in as it is so inviting and relaxing. The 1st massage i had with Pauline was so amazing that i felt like i was floating when i got up. All my aches were gone. I have been back 3 more times since so far and she is now be my regular masseuse. She is so good at what she does and knows her stuff extremely well. We went through all my problem areas i have and she works on them so wonderfully that i always feel so amazing when i leave and cant wait to come back in. I have had plenty of massages in my time and can honestly say she is the best I've had and im so glad i found this little gem. I recommend Essential Body Massage 100%... do yourself a favour and get that massage, you wont regret it and will always want to go back.
